Application Range:

The machine is applicable for synchronized grinding on double discsurface

of compression spring (including cylindrical spring. truncated conical

spring or double truncated cona spring). The sizes of grinded spring:

This machine is grinding by two vertical grinding wheels. the spring is mounted on the feed disc by passing

 through the interval of both wheels.The rotary speed of feeding disc is extrermely high and can be applied

 for fast feeding. Besides, upper disc can provide continuous feeding With various speeds,

 and attains its maximum grinding capability according to the pressure exerted.

Rated Power of Motor:

The spring grinder has two vertical axis (mounted with grinding wheels) and one feeding disc, 

which can enables the spring to pass through the interval  between two Wheels.

This machine is automatic, its upper wheel assembly is moving forward the feading disc,

 its moving speed is invarsely proportional to the adding of grinding capacity. 

The spring of automatic grinder can attain preselected height value.

the grinding circulation is controlled by one electronic moderating system.

The machine is provided with upper wheel/axis assembly programming

control as opposed to the lower wheel by using man-machine interface,

which makes tha operation easier.
